Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. This applies to both women’s wear and kids’ apparel.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as innerwear, customized products, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will be guided through the return process for your women’s or kids’ clothing items.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video) for quick resolution.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be applicable depending on the reason for return.
